Abstract: Abstract This research aimed at investigating the effect of the administrative control on the manpower performance of the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Limited as a case study. The problem of the research has been formulated in form of questions aiming at recognizing the role of the administrative control, as well as the procedures and methods that are applied in the control process. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive methodology coupled with the case study which led him to the following findings: 1. There is a statistical significance positive proportional relation between the administrative control and the performance. 2. There is a statistical significance proportional relation between the efficiency of employees' performance and the increase of control effectiveness. 3. The findings of the study revealed that the organizational structure of the company is based on appointing the suitable employee in the position matches his capabilities, qualifications and expertise. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are as follows: 1. The company should have got a training philosophy concentrating on the investment on human powers in order to achieve the company's targets to the optimum, as well as, adopt adequate training methods and techniques that could lead to creating innovative ideas. 2. Hire competent employees whose qualifications are suitable to the company as they represent the company's source of power and capable of achieving its strategic goals as well as provide the company with a sustainable competitive merit based on the innovation and the creative conduct. 3. There is a necessity of encouraging cooperation between the company's employees as this is considered as an indicator of the loyalty to the company and the affiliation thereto.
