Abstract

Abstract This research deals with the impact of microfinance management on the social development in Chad, the national fund to support young case study)in the period of (2010- 2015). So this study content of four chapters and each chapter included two section, the study aims to define the concept of microfinance and know its importance and to detect its impact on the social development, also this study aims to assess the contribution of microfinance in reducing poverty and unemployment problem and shed light on the potential of microfinance in improving the living standards of the Chadian community. Despite of various obstacles that limit the microfinance activities to draw out poverty and the reduction of unemployment, especially in rural areas , but it became represents one of the most effective alternatives to achieving the overall goals of development, the institution doing in the field of microfinance has been introduced innovations in both urban and rural areas, and these innovations has achieved in many countries, and taken great success in the eradication of poverty as well as unemployment , that attention to this aspect - microfinance - contributes to reducing the unemployment rate, which has become a dilemma faced by developed and developing countries alike. So to achieve the objectives of the study and problem-solving, the study based on some of assumptions, including: that microfinance services contribute to social development in Chad, and it also helps in reducing unemployment and poverty, and contributes to the financing of very little projects in improvement of the living standard in the Chadian society. The study reached some of important results including: Financing Fund has contributed to solving the problem of youth migration from the countryside to the cities to look for jobs that can guarantee them a decent life, and have been employing more than 1239 young and young woman in different vocations , also the microfinance contributed to the improvement of the living standard in the Chadian society, and thus reduced the unemployment rate and poverty among young people by providing new business opportunities, also the study commandment of the state and its partners to increase the budget for the National Fund to support young people, so to provide opportunities for funding the largest number of projects in all country’s regions, National Fund for support young must to establishment training center for continuous training for those young beneficiaries training support so they can accept necessary knowledge for the continuity of their projects such aspects (governance, and knowledge of good marketing of the product or service, keeping financial books, and familiarity with the basics of accounting, etc.), so the study concluded with some of results and recommendations.
