Abstract: ABSTRACT This study examined the issue of compensation or wages and in particular role on the performance of employees in the establishments. Services (case study of Shamal Islamic Bank in sudan). The study aimed to highlight the problems facing to building structures of wages in organizational services and how to cure them for scientific knowledge by the constructing of the wage system. The study also aimed to focus the most important principle foundations those must be taken into account during the preparation of the waging structures by governmental systems or establishments in particularly the following ones:- 1) Fairness in wages 2) In efficiency of wages 3) Wages transparency 4) At the time which wages to be paid. 5) Equivalency of your effort. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, it is assumed that there is a relationship between wage structures and the performance of workers as a arbitrary point for this research and also assumed that there is a relationship between motivation and performance of employees. I have dealt with the theoretical framework for this study the basic concepts of wage structures and performance appraisal. For regard to the results of this thesis it was found a relationship between the wage structures and the performance of employees in organizations. On the other hand, it also reached to the existence of a relationship between wages and administrative corruptions, motivations and performance of employees. The results of the study that deal with job wages as a matter of human rights, nationality and humanity but not as a gift granted depending on the mood of the decision-makers. It is reflected that the wage structures are the actual distinctions between jobs and qualifications required by the scientific and technical expertise, and to participate the pay satisfaction of staff the needs.
