Abstract: abstract This study has taken the measuring of factors which affecting the career creativity among employees . The study problems has been in an attempt to identify the factors that could limit the creativity of employees within the organization. The importance of the study rise from a vital topic that I've ever had, where to stand on the most important factors that positively or negatively affect job creation for workers process and the objectives of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and job creativity and attention to the labor force within the organization as an active ingredient in the progress and development of the organization. The study hypotheses that creativity leads to higher productivity and efficiency and that there is a statistically significant difference between job satisfaction and a high level of creativity among employees of Pisgianos relationship. The study was based on a historical approach to the review of previous studies and descriptive approach to the study of theoretical and analytical approach applied to the study. Questioner has been used in the collection of information from selected respondents. The study found a number of conclusions, including the company's senior management Pisgianos concerned with the human element has the aim of developing creativity and career development within the company, and the satisfaction of the employees about their work in Pisgianos Company driven by creativity and excellence in it. It also contains a number of recommendations, which include further studies and research to identify the factors that can positively or negatively affect the job creation process among workers and re-examine the company's policy on the distribution of tasks to workers commensurate with qualifications and experience of the process.
