Abstract: Abstract The research aimed to address the impact of technology on the effectiveness of human resources management through knowledge of the extent of the use of technology in raising the performance of human resources rates, and to highlight the role of technology in the development of effective human resources management in companies. The a problem identified in the following main question: What is the impact of technology on the activation of human resources management of Alhmama group for yields? President hypothesis of the study: there is a statistically significant difference between the effectiveness of the technology and human resources management relationship has been verified. Approach was used descriptive and analytical. The most important results: the adoption of the Dove study of Alhmama group for yields proved to the technology in all administrative processes. The study also demonstrated the contribution of the concepts of culture and technology in achieving the objectives of the human resources of Alhmama group for yields. The study proved that there is a statistically significant difference between technology and human resources management to activate the performance of a set of Alhmama group for yields relationship. The most important recommendations: the adoption of various companies and institutions on technology in all administrative processes in order to develop the administrative performance. It must take advantage of information technology to improve workforce performance through rehabilitation and training in this technique. And take advantage of technology to improve workforce performance and achieve the objectives of human resources in the corporate sector.
