Abstract: Abstract The Role of the overall quality on the performance of institutions of higher education: a case study of the University of leader Azhari the study Holm institutions of higher education and how to improve the services provided by the problem, and the extent to which the overall quality. The study aimed to demonstrate the application of higher education institutions for quality management and assist in the introduction of modern management systems, as well as possible to achieve much of the upgrading of the services of these institutions. Most institutions of higher education do not bother with modern management systems. The overall quality of higher education institutions in management are not applied according to international standards control her. Deliberately researcher in the study to follow the most suitable approaches that achieve the objectives of this study, which is the historical method and descriptive analytical method. This research provided the methodology of the problem and the importance, objectives, assumptions and methodology and borders. Then the first chapter: the problem, objectives, importance, border, and the curriculum. Chapter II: Management definition, includes three sections. The third chapter, titled: total quality management and concept, and the two sections, while the fourth chapter titled: total quality management at the University of Al-Azeem Alazhari , then the conclusion and findings and recommendations and finally sources and references.
