Abstract: Abstract: The objective of this research is to study and analyze the impact of government participation certificates (GMCs) on some of the economic variables ,such as investment and inflation in Sudan in the period (2000 - 2012), to see to what extent these certificates contributed to guide movement of these indicators negatively or positively. This research was built on the following hypotheses :- First: (GMCs) lead to a reduction in inflation. Second: theypositively affect the rates of investment. Third: (GMCs) provides anew tool for the management of the liquidity in the economy and will influences as economic development in Sudan. The methodology adopted in this research the analytical and method . In the light of the research objectives and the methodology that was used the research to come out with many most important is that: The certificates of government involvement Shahama mechanism Islamic free of usury, one of the investment contracts a tool to manage liquidity and save the financial policies of the state as it's away to change the style venture to well as being to change. The study came up with the most recommendations. The need to increase investment awareness among individuals and encourage them to invest in certificates of governmental involvement, also to Increase their confidence in entering into investments with the state, and devising new securities available where the terms of the contracts legitimacy are to be flexible , it must to earnings guidance resulting from the Shahama and others to what serves the Sudanese economy and achieve economic development which in Sudan.
