Abstract: ABSTRACT This study is about the performance of workers of the Sudanese Real Estate Bank as a case study, during the period (2003 – 2010). The data was collected through a questionnaire technique in a sample of (50) components representing the whole administrative structure of the bank. The main finding was the importance of risk awareness which accompany the succession and privatization in order to reach a healthy work environment. The main recommendation of the study is the importance of considering the social relation between the employees to attain the increasing of productivity. The study was organized in an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction contains the main frame, the research problem, and importance of the research. The chapters contain: the concept of management, the development of the management thoughts, concepts and definition of succession, the process of succession and it's reasons, and the impact of succession upon the staff. The conclusion contains the results, recommendations, and the bibliography.
