Abstract: Abstract This study aims to identify the entrances and Standards of the Total Quality Management and the possibility of its application. The problem of the Study represented by the main question: the application of Quality Management Standards does it reflects on the administrative Excellence at Sudatel Company? The study tested a number of hypotheses next to the main hypothesis and it shows that there are significant relation between the application of total quality management and excellence in management standards in Sudani. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach, methodology of the case study in, addition to the historical method, and adopted the questionnaire as a key tool for data collection. The study reached several results, the most important one is having a clear plan for the implementation of quality standards was not as desired, the need to take the public's proposals to improve the quality of services provided to him, the lack of delegating powers to the employees to act at any tim.. Based on the findings, the recommendations was pay attention to develop clear plans for the implementation of quality standards, because there must be quality management and administrative excellence.
