| Abstract: | Abstract This Study aims to underscore the importance of human resources planning and shows its impact in maintaining the career discipline of the employees of organization. The problem of this study has been identified as stated hereunder : How the planning of the human resources affects the career discipline in the organization – Giad Pipes Company as a Study Case . In this research the descriptive analytical approach has been pursued to reach to the following results; The study shows that Giad Pipes Co. lays a paramount importance on the planning of the human resources to maintain discipline. The study manifests that the planning of the human resources has got the lion share in maintaining the discipline in the company. Recommendations: -Organizations are to adopt the planning of the human resources if the career discipline is to be maintained - Organizations are to stick to and lay great importance on planning of the human resources to tackle problem pertaining to career discipline. |
