Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the role of assistance in the conduct of developing countries on the applying on the republic of Sudan. Designed a case study about the organization of the United Nations industrial development (UNIDO) in Khartoum in the period between (2005 – 2012). The basic problem of research about find out the amount of the relationship between the assistance economic , technical , training and other development projects in developing countries reaching to find out of motivations and objectives behind this assistances, and how extend it is efficient in making required development . The importance of research in comes from it is discussing development and efforts of the united nations ,and find out it's sources of funding and how to contribute policies of this organizations and how the extent of its success . The Research highlights the resources of funding for external development and find out the positives and negatives, and identify the programs and activities of the United Nations and the possibility of benefits from 'of the united mission in Sudan. Depending on the nature of study, the researcher used Descriptive analytical method which is useful in this kind of studies; the researcher used questionnaire and main references to collect data. The research has been divided to four chapter where was addressed the first chapter frame work of systematic study, second includes literature review which addressed the development with it wide concept. While covering the third chapter united aid economic, training, technical and other. Forth study applied to research analyst basic information. The most important finding that Sudan has obtained training assistance and specie as much as 96 billion dollars and the share of Khartoum state was 14 billion dollars. While the allocate to areas of conflicts The UNIDO has contributed to encourage the investment to 700 thousand dollars also contributed to in rising the productive of displaced person and returning from the war. The study recommended the states to take advantage of the possible projects , and direct support of the gross local production and benefit from conditions of this assistance in making financial and administrative reform and direct assistance to rural areas which effected by war
