| Abstract: | Abstract This research holds the title of self-management and its impact on the work of institutions because of the influence of self-management in the construction of the self and personal characteristic capable of giving and production and that the application of the Islamic Dawa Organization, in the period 2008-2013, was the research problem in how to manage oneself and how to continue this level of administration and development? the importance of research is how to get a personal effective capable of managing themselves and achieve their goals, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method and case study, a questionnaire was designed consisting of three axes covering the research hypotheses is understanding of self-management is easily accessible to the self-confidence and then self-development of the Islamic Dawa Organization, time management focus and effectiveness of the Isamic Dawa Organization leads to the achievement of goals and raise the performance of individuals and institutions, organizational behavior helps the organization to reach the appropriate personal for appropriate work, for data analysis of the field study researcher was used statistical program SPSS, the research community working in the Organization of the Islamic Dawa in Khartoum, were pulled sample of 50 single, In conclusion reached find a researcher a number of the most important results : It is not easy to understand the self, as it has to be perseverance, goal-setting and development of these self, The man that corrects itself constantly to reach to the good self and developing it, Organizational behavior can be used to understand the trends of workers, the belief that the time of great importance in human life and this was confirmed by the divine laws. The most important recommendations: Development expertise and personal skills for being the most important ways to increase production and efficiency in the life, Must have the goal of every human being in his life to help him achieve to the self-realization, Individuals notice about their responsibility to control themselves in front of temptations in life such as television or other |
