Abstract: The subject of this study, "Legal Protection of the International Personnel Rights", deals with an important aspect related to the provision of security and job stability for those employees. They have the right to sue the international organization where they work, in the event that their rights or legal posts are violated as a result of the issuance of illegal decisions by the head of administration. Despite the importance of legal protection nowadays, unfortunately, this did not prevent the violation of the international employees rights with the international organizations in practice, which indicate the deficiencies in the current systems of the international public posts, in terms of limition the judicial guarantees of the post to part of the employees and depriving the others, which is inconsistent with the sound legal reasoning which recognizes, that the right to litigate, is guaranteed to all, as well as the problem of the final administrative and international courts judgments and the non-implementation of such judgments . Due to the large number of those employees, there is a need to unify the legal system to govern the performance of those employees,not with standing the difference in their work in the international organization and the legal relation thereof. Obviously, the aim of this study, is to pursue to treat the problems associated with the legal protection right of the international civil service employees, as well as, to highlight the most prominent treatment made, in this regard, within the framework of some of these organizations, such as the United Nations organization in adopting the principle of litigation in two degrees, to be followed, and to adopt a unified system in this regard, as may be adopted by all organizat.
