Abstract: The study addressed school social Worker and his/her effect on the psychological, social and Educational achievement of Basic schools students of Jabal Awlia Locality. The study aimed to find out the effect of social school worker on pupil's harmony, educational achievement identify the problems hinder their harmony , whether harmony has an effect on students' educational achievement or no , and to know the differences between school with school social worker and others with no social Worker. The researcher used the descriptive analytic method and the questionnaire and interview as tool of gathering information and data .The sample of the study was from students of Basic schools, Jabal Awliya Locality. The total size of the sample was 425 pupils, 41 school social specialists, number of supervisors and coordinators at the ministry that provides the school services. After gathering of data and information, analyzing and discussing it the study found the following results: 1. The study confirmed that there are school social workersat Jabal Awliya locality schools, Khartoum state. 2. There are differences with static significance that the school social worker contributes positively in the educational process. 3. There are statically significant differences indicating that there are varieties in the problems faced by students due to gender, age and environment. 4. There are significant static differences showing that school social worker plays a role in student's harmony. 5. There are differences with static significance indicating the psychological, social, family and environmental harmony has an effect on student's educational achievement. 6. There are differences with static significance indicating that the services rendered by the school social worker are clear. 7. There are no differences in educational achievement between school which have social worker and those that do not. But, it raised success percentage and achievement reward and that the schools with social specialist have lesser problems than those with no social Worker. 8. The study confirmed that there are many obstacles that face the work of social worker and hinder his achievement and overcoming challenges. The study concluded by providing a numbers of suggestions and recommendations in order to enhance the student's efficiency through the programs presented to the in different field.
