Abstract: This research aimed at answering this main question: What is the role of university management in designing quality feed back based on quality control measurement? The research also aims to realize a set of important objectives: to identify the role of university management in terms of promoting academic staff performance. To measure the role of university management in preparing academic programs, work environment information technology and communication to provide quality feedback based the comprehensive quality control specifications. The research has made use of the analytical descriptive method based on field study. The research tools are questionnaire designed for academic staff members, interviews conducted with managing directors through using self-assessment techniques. The community of the study represents (200) academic staff members in three Sudanese university (University of Khartoum, Omdurman Islamic University and Sudan University of Sciences and Technology) moreover, three managing directors subjected to self-assessment and quality control units in the above-mentioned universities. The research has made use of statistical packages for social sciences in the Assessment of the data. The research has arrived at the most significant findings: 1. There in consistency in terms of the university management objectives and the implemented ones. 2. The quantitative increase on the expense of universities lead to reduce feedback in expense of the qualitative ones lead to the deterioration of out puts of educational levels . 3. There are various methods of promoting academic staff members but they are inappropriate. 4. The findings has shown that the actual use of communication and information technology is not satisfactory in terms of educational process due to the nonexistence of needed facilities. Accordingly, the research has recommended these points: 1. To provide mechanisms of continuous assessments in universities in different fields and to assess the quality of service from time to time. 2. To design a training course targeting academic staff members in their specializations difference to promote abilities in using communication and information technologies in educational process. 3. Universities environment should be a priority of management in the educational institutions.
