Abstract: Verily the study of a School Curriculum in a Community of any Community, is a life study of the Community scientifically, because the School Curriculum is the one who portrays the life of the Society and the extent of its progress and development scientifically and culturally, and also the process of Community changes towards the production of a Generation on one idea, can bear the responsibility of that Community and the performance of its duties towards the fullest possible features, so the study of the School Curriculum has become necessary and significant. This research work and all its chapters and sub-topics, study the case of Arabic language Curriculum in the Government Arabic Senior Secondary schools in Kano State, as an analytical and evaluative Study, and is not the first that approached the Curriculum, however, that there are some motives that motivated the Researcher to choose this topic, to be the subject of the research, as follows: 1. Study of the Arabic language Curriculum for those Schools, as an analytical and evaluative study. 2. To highlight some shortcomings in the Curriculum and try to find solutions to them. 3. The definition of the Arabic language teachers in the schools of modern teaching methods of Arabic as the contemporary educational trends in the teaching of the Arabic language. The Researcher observed during the search in the Curriculum some problems that affect the conduct of its implementation, and thus constitute obstacles to its development. The research has gained significant because it deals with the Arabic language Curriculum for those schools in terms of the four elements; (Objectives, Content, Teaching and learning activities, Evaluation) as an analytical and evaluative study, as well as approached the teaching methods of Arabic language and in accordance with contemporary trends in education in the teaching of Arabic, the Researcher targeted by this study, the Arabic language Curriculum for those schools as an analytical and evaluative study, and then study the teaching methods used in the teaching of the branches of the Arabic language in the schools, and therefore a study of contemporary educational trends in the teaching branches of Arabic language with a comparison of teaching methods used in schools, also on this the Researcher followed the descriptive and analytical methodology. At the end of the study, the Researcher came out with the following results: 1. Study indicates that the Curriculum does not help the students to master the Arabic language proficiency paramount. 2. The Curriculum is still the traditional pattern for the teaching of subjects on secession. 3. The Content of the Curriculum is not linked to the cultural reality in which students live. 4. The textbooks used in schools are not suited to the level of the students and their language. The Researcher also provides recommendations to the improvement and the development of the Curriculum, as follows: 1. The Researcher made a general Recommendation to Kano state Ministry of Education, as well as the Department in charge of Arabic education in particular, to convene a conference to study the Arabic language Curriculum for Arabic secondary schools in the state, to know the validity of Curriculum on Arabic language learning. 2. Review of the Curriculum starting from the philosophy, which the Curriculum was built on and the relevance of the social reality of Nigerians, and the sources from which the philosophy was derived, as well as the four elements and the relevance and its relation to the environment and the students. 3. To regulate the Curriculum content to be on the scientific criteria for the organization of the Curriculum content, and also the knowledge and information to be based on the basis of integration between the theoretical and practical, this requires the introduction of a coherent Curriculum lessons, far higher than in the past. As some of the proposals put forward by the Researcher about his vision to the improvement of Arabic education in Nigeria, especially Kano State, including the following: 1. Create a new National Curriculum on Arabic teaching in line with the educational philosophy of the Country, and appropriate language capabilities of students. 2. Making a research on "The affect of Arabic language training courses on the Arabic language Teachers". 3. Role of School Library in the development of Arabic language skills.
