Abstract: This study focuses on structure of simple sentences of Nubian language (Nubian) in the both Nubian and Arabic languages. Because the researcher noticed a clear difference in the structure of the simple sentence in both languages, The study intends to find out the to know how to construct it and to show the points of convergence, the study devote within its objective limits in the simple sentence on the Nubian language spoken in Nubian country and met it in Arabic. And is supported in the analysis of the two language models on the syntactic grammar, and so some previous studies, this has been addressed in the context of the descriptive and comparative approaches and is supported in the analysis of both language models on the syntactic grammar. And the findings of the researcher that the concept of simple sentence does not differ between the two languages is a structure carries a meaning consists of two main pillars are The predicate and the assignee correspond the two languages in the type and number in the noun phrase, Also the sign of later feminization in Arabic and is not found in the Arabic sentence of Deuteronomy is defined in the names and the phenomenon of expression and the intervention of the sentences of the actual abrogates to add the element of time to the noun phrase, all of which is not known in the Nubian language Among ,The recommended by the researcher interest of the Nubian language and knowledge of its relationship with Arabic, with the iteration of teaching Nubian language in the institutes and universities and to develop a curriculum design.
