dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the impact of the work on the creativity of employees and identify the relationship between work and creativity of workers in the organization Affairs of Sudanese working abroad and adopted a descriptive analytical study and case study approach, the study found several results, including: Workers wages plays an important role in pushing them to get their work done, the higher wage per employee increased the employee performs work average and to perform best when he feel career stability. Study came out several recommendations, notably: the need for a fair wage system contributes to pay employees for their work done, the obligation to grant Severance pay to support the desire of workers to keep their jobs interesting morale for workers to pay their employees for their creativity. The study contains four chapters and a conclusion, including conclusions and recommendations.en_US
