Abstract

This research dealt with the role of strategic planning (southern Kurdofan 2013-2017) as case study. And the study problem is that is the strategic planning in some of modern foundations and organizations is become less ambition, or that was return to lake of familiarity of the importance and the role of strategic planning. And the study problems are summed in, what is effect extent of using scientific method in strategic planning for tourism development, what extent of effective consolidation cultural of participation in the strategic planning to improve performance, how does strategic planning contributing to succeed the tourism development, and highlighting on to how planning good for tourism development according to strategic planning method and reflect them in tourism development in state. The important aims for this research are: to know the effect of using scientific method in planning for tourism development, explain the extent effect of consolidation cultural of participation for developing performance, the important and aims of tourism planning , the concept of tourism development and its elements and how to defeat its problems. The important hypothesis, using of scientific method in strategic planning leads to improvement and development of the tourism development, and consolidation culture of participation in strategic planning leads to develop performance, the strategic planning increase the opportunities of competitions into the foundation. The research reaches some important results, the scientific method in strategic planning leads to improve and increase the tourism development, and consolidation culture of participation in strategic planning leads to develop performance
