Abstract: The aim of the research was to identify the role played by the Holy Quran Foundation in Yemen in instilling some educational values among the students. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach that fits this type of research. the researcher prepared the search tool questionnaire, which contained three axes of values , value of saying honesty, the value of commitment to fulfill, the value of bearing responsibility, the research community was (66) teachers applied to (55) teachers of Holy Quran Foundation (The research sample) and the research reached the following results : 1- The Holy Quran Foundation in Yemen has a significant role in instilling the value of saying honesty in the female students through the point of view of teachers, the percentage of achievement of this value was (0.69) due to the large role of the institution represented by its activities, curriculum , teachers and management . 2 - The Holy Quran Foundation in Yemen has a great role in instilling the value of commitment to fulfill in the female students from the viewpoint of the teachers. The percentage of achieving this value was (0.85) this is due to What the foundation cultivated either through curriculum, activity or otherwise in achieving this value . 3 - The Holy Quran Foundation in Yemen has a great role in instilling the value of bearing responsibility in the female students from the point of view of teachers, percentage (0,027) ) this is due to the diversity of methods, methods and means to achieve this value
