Abstract

This research aims at shedding light to some of the concept in the minds of many scholars of Hadith about Al_Hafiz ibnu Hajar and his famous book " Takrib Al_ Tahzib", and to know the biography of the author of the two books which were written about the book of Al- Hafiz, the one is " Tahriru Al-Takrib" which aims at extricating and correcting the verdicts of Al-Hafiz in his Books about the men of Hadith, and the other one was written to defend Al- Hafiz and to showcase the magnitude of his books among the scholars of Hadith, the researcher then divide his research in to five chapters and under each chapter there are several studies. In the first chapter: he discuss about the basic fundaments of the research. In the chapter tow: he discuss about the biography of Al-Hafiz, and his rank among the scholars of Hadith, and the importance of his book, as well as the biography of the authors of the two books and their methodology in their books. In chapter three, four and five: He discuss about the equalization and stabilisation of the Narrators which are verdict by Al-Hafiz and the two sheikhs go after those verdicts of Al- Hafiz, and the extracting of Shiekh Mahir Yasine on the verdict of two sheikhs, by going over the books that talk about the narrator and their biography and the books of faulted hadith, in order to come across the most authentic verdict about that particular narrator. He concluded the research by highlighting the most prominent results and recommendations, that he came across with during the course of the research, and the most prominent ones are: Al-Hafiz ibnu Hajar is the Imam of his generation and the miracle of his century, he invent something was not known by his pioneers before, and also the two sheikhs sometime they were in worry to contradict the verdicts of Al- Hafiz without going through the books of faulted hadith in order to know the status of the particular narrator, some time they were correct in their extracts, since Al-Hafiz sometimes will deviate of his provision and stipulation which he mention in the introduction of his book. The researcher recommend that people should heed more attention to these kids of researches; knowing that they contain so many benefits, he also append the research with index of content.
