Abstract

This study is a serious attempt to read the jurisprudential cognition and to study a means of Resurrection i.e. the discussion and disagreement. The study is about Almzged's ( Allah's mercy be upon him) disagreement with Arrefai and Al-Nawawi in his book, Al-Ubab, Chapter of Sales. The study includes an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter presents the issues that Almzged contradicts the Shaikhs, Arrefai and Al-Nawawi. The second chapter contains the method that Almzged has used to contradict the Shaikhs, Arrefai and Al- Nawawi. Almzged ( Allah's mercy be upon him) has contradicted them in twelve issues.
