| Abstract: | The research dealt with the role of emotional intelligence in the effectiveness of leadership in organizations. The problem of research was that emotional intelligence is one of the most important approaches for the leader. However, administrative leaders in Sudanese organizations do not care about emotional intelligence. , And the purpose of this research to identify the concept of emotional intelligence and its importance and dimensions, and the relationship between emotional intelligence and the effectiveness of leadership, and determine the impact of emotional intelligence in the effectiveness of leadership, and the main hypothesis of the research was that there is a statistical relationship between the intelligence of the face Danny and the effectiveness of leadership, and was used descriptive analytical method. The research leads to a number of results, including the manager, how to employ his emotions about how to lead difficult situations at work, the manager can recover his calm quickly after being disturbed by something important, and the manager has the ability to quickly control his feelings and ideas and actions The manager pays workers to achieve the greatest achievement against The manager tries to be innovative in solving everyday problems and encourages workers to find solutions in new ways The research recommended that individuals in institutions must be highly intelligent and emotional in order to be effective in these institutions. Leadership development programs should include skills to develop emotional abilities within training schemes for managing work groups, and how to manage conflict and negotiation. |
