| dc.description.abstract | The study dealt with the subject of organizational culture and its role in enhancing the creativity of the labours, case study on Gaid Motors Company for the period (2010-2015). The study is mainly intended to clarify organizational concepts and to identify the role and style of organizational culture in improving the performance of employees in organizations, to know the level of availability of the organizational culture components of the workers in improving the industrial sector and to know if there is a prevailing organizational culture in the company and gets results and recommendations presented to company to help them develop their performance. Researcher used in this study an analytical descriptive method in addition to case study methodology, he used questionnaire as one of the most important tools of this study, also this study based on many of previous studies to verify the role of organizational culture in enhancing the creativity of labours. The main results of this study are as follows: There is a positive relationship between the organizational culture prevailing in the company and the efficiency of the performance of the labours The company's method to the culture of change led to the acceptance of the company's employees as required. The main recommendations of this study are as follows : must to increase the awareness and knowledge of employees of the organizational culture prevailing in companies and organizations, and further studies that link the organizational culture relationship with the Gaid Motors Company and the gender of the employee and the internal environment of the company. | en_US |
