Abstract

The war is an old reality as humanity where the war is known as a tool for settling disputes , since the early epochs of human existence , if we go back to the history books and old manuscripts , we find enormous figures for the numbers of wars , where the human mind cannot believe them . Although the international community has not ignored the interest of civilians during the war and their need for protection and care , but what we see in many parts of the world like violations of the rights of children and women is a cause of deep sadness. However , most of these violations that we can describe as which that occur to children and women as a result of the outbreak of wars and conflicts , which leave behind them large numbers of victims among most of them are children and women.
