Abstract

The research titled: The Impact of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) to finance development projects in Chad (2006-2011 ), this research is a part of Africa address, Chad which is located in the center of the African continent. This research aims to highlight the role of the Arab Bank the fight against poverty and dismantling of isolation from the western region of the State of Chad with the border areas to connect the six countries in northern Africa via trans-Saharan road. Enables the importance of this research to know how to take advantage of these projects prepared by the bank for the fight against poverty, and to what extent under this role, an active and successful in changing aspects of voluntary work, and to consider special projects in the community as an integral part of development projects and support carried out by the bank, and frothier performance is evaluated to identify the extent of their success in fighting poverty and take advantage of the opportunities available to them the resources have been employed for service in this area. Find pursued a descriptive analytical method and approach in highlighting the historical facts and describe aspects of the support provided by the Arab Bank and the community to take advantage of this support in the field of developmental projects. The search is done in a methodological and three chapters. The first chapter is based on the Arab-African relations and historical overview of Chad and the Arab-African relations, and Arab investments in Africa, and the developmental role of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa, the second chapter Afro-Arab cooperation in the field of economy and the reality of Afro-Arab cooperation, and the development of economic cooperation Arab and African, procedures and conditions for the financing of projects, and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of the mechanisms Afro-Arab cooperation, and the third chapter Empirical Study on the Arab Bank for economic Development in Africa, Chad, in the period 2006-2011, and the origin and foundation, organizational structure, administrative, and activities of the Arab Bank different in Chad, and finally the conclusion and results and recommendations.
