Abstract: The study deals with the digital culture and its role in enhancing administrative skills. The problem of research is obstacles and administrative problems in policies and principles, drawing plans and setting objectives, organizational structures, in addition to the lack of human cadres trained in the use of modern digital devices. The importance of research is that modern digital technology is a new science worthy of interest in the administrative world, to keep pace with conceptual, structural and behavioral transformations as it simplifies all administrative processes and is a clear and vital indicator of understanding the internal environment of the organization. One of the main objectives of the research is to clarify the importance of digital culture and show its advantages administratively in the light of scientific progress. The most important research hypotheses were that the use of digital culture led to the development of management skills, and that the coordination between the activation of modern digital culture and management skills helped to meet the needs of the future service. The analytical descriptive approach was used in addition to the Best Care Hospital case study methodology. A questionnaire was distributed to a total sample of (55) individuals and 50 questions were extracted and analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study produced a number of results, the most important of which is that the use of digital culture led to the development of managerial skills, and that coordination between the activation of modern digital culture and management skills helped to meet the needs of the recipients of the service. He issued a number of recommendations, the most important: the need to involve digital culture in the process of attention to management skills to achieve the objectives of management, also work to provide a strong network infrastructure fast and safe.
