Abstract: This study looking in the field of health care and its role in achieving job satisfaction (a case study of the Yarmouk Complex) represented the research problem in the role of the health care of workers in achieving job satisfaction, the study has developed several hypotheses, the most important of which is the existence of a direct relationship between health care and job satisfaction, as well as offering a choice of health insurance for workers and their families the institutions representing the advantage of persuasive looking for workers to work in those institutions and increase job satisfaction, and hypotheses as well as the existence of education programs and raising health awareness reduces accidents and occupational injuries and increase job satisfaction. The researcher follow the descriptive approach as well as the analytical approach to the study of the situation by selecting a random sample size (61) members of the Yarmouk Industrial Complex and represent the workers in the various their engineers, technicians and workers and staff and an analysis of the resolution through the program (SPSS). The study contained provided an introduction and three chapters dealing with the first chapter job satisfaction through three detectives, as addressed in chapter II also health care through three detectives and chapter III field study on the Yarmouk Industrial Complex through two detective , in addition to the conclusion and recommendations. The study reached a number of conclusions for examples : The health care of workers Represent a major factor in the increased job satisfaction and there is a direct correlation between job satisfaction and health care. The attention of senior management of the yarmouk industrial complex in aspects of health care of workers and improve the working environment and seek to develop them, but it still needs more effort and re-arrangement. the weakness of the system of health insurance available in the complex is currently working to find need a health insurance system alternative or companion be better.
