Abstract: The study aimed to discipline the extent of the impact on the performance of career employees at the Ministry of public sector and Guidance Sudanese. The problem with the study is that there are some Institutions have become contemporary suffer from lack of discipline career. This had a negative impact on the performance of their employees the hypotheses of the study it has been the following: There is a direct correlation between the discipline and functional control method used, there is a direct correlation between the discipline career and provide an environmental safe for workers,there is a direct correlation between the discipline and job training for workers study used historical and descriptive method and analytical approach the study of the status: The study found a number of the most important results of the following: Research has proven that there is a sense of security and safety at the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance, system of incentives practice encouraged workers on the job discipline research has shown that humanitarian standards in the control of the ministry led to discipline career and it is these results need to study recommended the following: Modify the incentive system is used to achieve the ministry of guidance for worker in more discipline career, improve social relations between workers to pay the degree of cooperation between workers.
