Abstract: This study deals with the strategy of training and its role in human resource development. The study aimed to know the impact of the training strategy in human resource development. The problem of research was to know the impact of training strategy on human resource development. Research hypotheses that the application of the training process leads to higher performance of employees in the enterprise, as well as improvement of the quality of training programs leads to achievement of the desired goals, and also use technology as the basis for the implementation of the training strategy leads to the development of work .The interest in scientific studies and continuous research contributes to the development of the capabilities of the employees and improves the performance of the institution. The research followed the descriptive analytical method, the historical approach and the case study methodology. The research reached a number of results, including the local interest in Khartoum in training employees contributed in raising the capabilities of the employees. The local keenness in coordinating the training programs for the employees according to the planned plans led to improving the creative abilities of the employees, as well as the local interest in the latest training methods which led to achieving the goals. And the use of computer in the local played an important role in the field of training, as well as the use of technology contributed to the development of a strategic plan for the development of local performance, In light of these results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including continuing to pay attention to the training process, which contributes to raising the capabilities of the employees, strengthening the coordination of training programs for the employees in accordance with the plans set for them, and recommending the need to provide training needs in the local and improve the quality of training programs, Scholarships for employees to help in optimizing local performance, the local community must pay attention to scientific research and research to solve the problems surrounding it. It should also endeavor to provide the appropriate environment for the application of the training process.
