| Abstract: | This research dealt with the subject of learning disabilities and the need to train grade teachers the early diagnosis of students with learning disabilities. Research is divided into five chapters, the first chapter the basics of search to clarify the respective plan and then the second chapter, which is expanded by the researcher to demonstrate the theoretical framework taking an important approach on the subject of training and the training package, and the learning disabilities the concept and nature, and at the end the classroom teacher and the need to know the learning disabilities, then reviewed the previous studies experiments to determine the counterpart search. The third chapter dealt with: research methodology, and its variables, and tools, and gave a description of the proposed training program, then research field procedures and statistical treatments. The fourth chapter has dealt with (discussing results) after a statistical treatments where the researcher presented an explanation of the results in the light of statistical significance. Then came the fifth and final chapter which deals with the research and results, and recommendations, and research suggesting findings. The research findings, include the following: 1. There are statistically significant differences in pre and post tests at the level of (α ≤ 0.05), Between grade teachers trained on the diagnostic program for the post test. 2. There are statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of the proposed training program based on the results of pre and post tests at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) For the post test. 3. The proposed training program showed very large effect size capability (1.68) which is higher than the effect size was large (0.8) for "Cohen" equivalent ratio mismatch is (75.4%) Between pre and post tests. Through the research results come recommendations include: 1. The need to establish training courses and preparation to grade teachers through programs designed by specialists and psychologists, educators in the field of learning disabilities, so as to make them capable of early detection of pupils with learning disabilities in their classes, and deal with them, accept them, and refer them to the competent authorities. 2. The study recommends that the Ministry of Education adopts in the proposed training program and circulate it to all grade teachers for the country's interest. 3. The study recommends that there be an initial assessment for the detection of Learning disabilities to record each student by the trained school teachers. The research presented as well, several suggest twns most important: 1. The study suggests the need to establish a national center for pupils with learning disabilities to achieve the following: a) Training and preparing qualified teachers to carry out the diagnosis and academic development, of pupils with learning disabilities in their own uasses . b) Train teachers on computer software to prepare scientific programs for pupils with learning disabilities . c) Provide advice and assistance to the families and teachers of students with learning disabilities. d) Raise public awareness about this phenomenon in the Sudanese society in general. 2. The study suggests the need to create sophisticated and modern resource rooms for pupils with learning disabilities in all general education schools and equip them with all the necessary requirements. 3. Employing a sufficient number of competent teachers, in special education (teacher of learning disabilities) to receive referrals of students by grade teachers, for their assessment and the development of each individual education plans. 4. Ministry of Higher Education pay attention to scientific research in this area by educators and educational institutions, so as to conduct scientific research to reach more results which can help to find appropriate solutions to the problem of learning disabilities according to environment and the social and economic conditions. |
