Abstract: This study was entitled "The decision as to the seventh grade, and his role in the safety of the expression" The problem lies in the question who search: What is the effectiveness of the decision as to the seventh grade in the safety of expression? The researcher used in this research descriptive approach because it is best suited for this research and the questionnaire as a tool to gather information, lies the importance of research in the following: may help the development of the students' ideas and improve their skills, and perhaps alert the teacher to the importance of the safety of expression even enjoy it more attention, could benefit framers the approach of this study is to develop and deliver the objectives of the curriculum and the drafting of a new style, and the court put the plan to achieve their goals.
