Abstract: The study aimed to find out Contact administrative role in the development of the performance of organizations. Through the study and analysis of the problem of the administrative contact has become in some organizations, without the level of ambition, which may be due to a lack of managers of these organizations to leadership skills in the communication process, which had a negative impact on the performance of these organizations and to develop them. The study assumed the following assumptions: there is a direct correlation between the effectiveness of communication and the speed of the administrative work is done and there is a direct correlation between the administrative contact and positive interaction among employees. There are also a direct correlation between the senior management attention and administrative contact between achieving the organization's objectives. The study followed the historical and descriptive case study method. The study reached the following range of important results The Administrative Communications significantly contribute to the speed of delivery, especially when the instructions arrive in time. And that is the communication that occurs interaction between the workers and the communications system of the plant by the Bank promotes positive interaction. The management of the bank is given great attention administrative communications, which helps to achieve the Bank's objectives and how not to communication are the arteries of the Bank Without it can not make decisions and instructions Atniv nor development nor growth is not sustainable. The recommendations that came out of this study was to strengthen the role of communication in the bank to its effect on the speed of completion of the work and contribute to the achievement of the goals. Administrative communications are essential to the life of the bank, especially in light of the bank's branches spacing is therefore imperative to keep abreast of technological developments in the field of communications. Activation of the Internet as a communication tool because of its impact in reducing communication costs and reduce the use of paper correspondence via fax. Work to improve and develop the means of communication to provide the time and effort. Work training courses for workers in the field of communications to keep up with modern developments in the means of communication. Strengthening the official communications of all kinds because they limit the informal contacts in the bank and increase the positive interaction among employees.
