Abstract

The title of Research “Islamic Morals in work and its impact in behavior and competence of workers” expresses the importance of morals as it has a great impact on the live of individuals, communities and nations. It has been emerged that the working morals and its discipline are the best ethics and the highest degree. The ethical behavior and its discipline have separated the man from the others. It has a human characteristic, where the adherence of a cause a progress of the people and nation, while the collapse of it (morality) cause the undevelopment. It (Morality) brings the happiness to individuals and groups. It is one (part) of religion, therefore, it has been taken a great care by Islamic Shari’ah. It has been emerged through the attention of the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah. The methodology is distributive tomafyical with case study: Arkan Anneel Co.LTD.The research has included the following themes, 1- A muslim labour, is the one knowns a good conducts morals and do a sound work. 2- A Muslim labour, is the one known a bad conducts, characters, so he will be far away from it. The researcher has reached to the lot of results which includes the following: The healthful minds and straight instinct are calling to noble. For this purpose people knows that, truth, honesty and good approach are the great morals, where the lying, cheating, betrayal are the bad characters, which are rejected by Islam, healthful minds and straight instinct. The irregularities that are rejected by Islam. The healthful mind includes; fraud, extortion, misuse of mediation and the lack of obedience to the rules. Absence of the ethics of management, which is the main purpose for phenomenon’s spread of the worst administrative and financial corruption in government and private sector. The researcher has proposed a number of recommendations, includes: Ensure adherence to the teaching of our religion and be guided by the legacy of our gracious messenger Muhammed prayers of Allah and his peace be upon him and his companions after him, where theirs ethical values and private professionals must be displayed by the labour. The introduction of the article “ Islamic ethics “ in the circular of primary level and the article “ work ethic “ in the circular of the above primary until the end of higher education. The need of highlight of the importance of moral values in the life of the individual and the group it have significant impact in their lives and the nations progress and prosperity. It will be promote through various media, conference, seminars and so on. Interest in work ethic and makes the effort to publish and to achieve in reality.
