Abstract: The research titled: Visualize decision proposed to the skills of listen and speak in Arabic to the third grade students of Islamic schools in Arab Côte d’Ivoire. The problem for research to answer the following question: What is the extent of Arab Islamic schools in Côte d’Ivoire need to imagine a proposal to teach Arabic speakers to other decision in skills of listen and talk to pupil’s third grade? The research aims to identify the goals and standards of the content, and the statement of the methods and techniques used standards, and criteria for the appropriate calendar proposed decision for my skills to listen and talk to pupils third grade in Côte d’Ivoire. To achieve these goals researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach. This research is a society of teachers of the Arabic language in the Arab-Islamic schools at the primary level in Côte d’Ivoire, and the number (1672), according to a statistical association of Islamic schools and typical in Côte d’Ivoire. Chose researcher of this society intentional sample of fifty (50) teachers. With respect to research tools, the researcher has designed a questionnaire addressed to the teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers in those schools. He concluded this research to many results, including the following: 1-Most of the respondents appeared on the consent of the goals of my skills to listen and speak clearly defined and achieve the objectives of curriculum teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. 2- The answers to most of the study sample show that my skills to listen and talk content is derived from the pupils environment, and meet the psychological and social needs, and satisfy their desires and inclinations. 3- Show through the answers to most of the study sample that the methods of teaching my skills to listen and speak commensurate with the Mental abilities of students, and raise their interest in the topic of the lesson. 4-The calendar is appropriate to my skills to listen and talk is that the Listening Skill tests, and measure the student understand the audio, and the skill to speak productivity tests, and measure the pupil’s ability to pronounce Arabic sounds spoken intact.
