Abstract: This research aims to study the role is described and analysis of jobs in the building of organizational structures in business organizations, with applying to Sudatel Engineering Services Company (Sudaservices), where the search on the basis of test promised following hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between the characterization and analysis of jobs and the building of organizational structures, and Good planning of human resources that help the organization to achieve its objectives. The study used a statistical method which is based on data collected through the questionnaire during the descriptive approach adopted by the analytical study as a method. The study reached several conclusions, notably that most workers in the company of qualified individuals who have a competence, and that there is a mismatch between the qualifications of the staff of the incumbents company with the requirements of those jobs, and that the company does not declare the new workers jobs that will occupy before and after the appointment. One of the main recommendations made by the study need to human resources management policy must be transparent and based on justice and equity, as well as the need to establish a research center concerned with the development and solving all the problems of the company through scientific research.
