| Abstract: | This study is dealing with the issue of the role of voluntary organizations in human developing : Study of the case of “International Symposium of the Muslim Youth for the Period 1995 - 2000”. The problem of the discussion emanated from unclearness of voluntary organizations’ role in human developing. The study put forth a number of assumptions, such as unclearness and lack of methodology in voluntary work that lead to missing a great part of maximum use of voluntary organizations’ efforts and capacities. The study has included three chapters and a number of themes; the first chapter has dealt with the notion and sources of the voluntary organizations’ funds; the second chapter has tackled the notion, measurement, ways and means of developing human resources; the third one is about the applied study. The researcher has arrived at a number of conclusions and recommendations. a- Conclusions ; 1- voluntary work is based on popular sharing. 2- Voluntary organizations can fill in the gaps of human development spheres in governmental programmes. b-Recommendations : 1- Mass media should focus on voluntary organizations, activities, and reflect their roles in the civil society. 2- The staff working in voluntary sphere should put in their minds Alla’s reward for their efforts. |
