Abstract: The research discusses the issue of time management and its role in developing job performance. The research's focus is to answer the main research's question which is to what extent time management affects the development of job performance. The research's importance comes because it links between time management and performance development .It also provides a useful reference for scholars and researchers in the field. The research aims to highlight the role of time management in developing performance and avoiding things waste time .The research used descriptive analytical method and historical approach out of the research findings. There is a positive relationship between applying time management functions represented in time planning organizing, recording and analysis, and job performance development. Good time management leads to increasing the efficiency of performance and its quality degree. The research had several recommendations including issuing regulation and policies that guarantee complete commitment to business time line, employees' attendance and dismissal and the necessity of employees' continuous training in time management.
