Abstract: This research aims at identifying the extent of participation culture impact in the quality process on the efficiency of production process, as well as the extent a favorable working environment of quality process affects the efficiency of production process, and also highlighting the role of an effective system in quality process impact on the efficiency of the production process. The research problem exemplified in that quality culture in some contemporary companies has become below the required level, the thing that affected negatively the efficiency of the production process. The research hypotheses were: There is statistically significant correlation between the promotion of participation culture in quality process and the efficiency of the production process. There is statistically significant correlation between the provision of favorable working environment for quality process and the efficiency of the production process. There is statistically significant correlation between adopting an effective system in quality process and the efficiency of the production process. The study adopts the historical analytical descriptive approach and case study approach. The research came out to a number of results, the most important of which: The acceptance of employees’ ideas about quality process by Giad Industrial Group contributed to building bonds of trust between the administration and employees. The application of participation concept by the Group led to enhancement of innovative capacity of the employees. Granting the employees financial remunerations by the Group led to raising employees’ morale. The research concluded to a number of recommendations, the most important of which: The significance of applying participation culture in quality process continually. The need to strive for promoting the participation culture, because it results in achieving employees’ institutional loyalty and provide greater expertise, information and experience by employees.
