Abstract: The aim of the research to know the role of the management research focused on management information system in some recent organization become less than required level the imperative which affect negatively to realize systematic change the research hypotheses depend on that connecting relationship with statistics sign between the perfect employment for management information system and systematic change also that is connecting relationship which has statistics sign between provide satiable physical environment of the process of management information system and organization change The research follows historical curriculum. The description analytical and the study state approach. The research found many results the important of them. The company involves the employers in the process of planning management information system to share in the chance of creative works, also the interest of company in the prefect employment the information technology that lead to reduce the resistonce systematic change, also the company does the implementation of the quality system for management information system that lead to the process of effective systematic change the research has many recommendation the most of them. Provide information in suitable time helps in mawing decision in process systematic change .Also issue that use stimulated policy that lead to competition. Also issues to provide the suitable physical environment company for process management information system.
