Abstract

This study aims to showing the impact of strategic planning on the efficiency of the performance of non-profit organizations. Strategic planning is one of important administrative approaches that helps organizations to succeed and Sustainability in Success and overcome the risks facing the organization in its work environment, in light of increasing international and local competition, Opportunities in the market are one of the reasons that organizations must become leaders in their long-term performance. In view of the researcher's work in the field of non-profit organizations, he noted that the strategic planning process is developed separately from the leading approach in achieving its work. As a result, the researcher found that recognizing the impact of the elements of strategic planning on the efficiency of the performance of non-profit institutions will enable these institutions to prioritize to the stage of leadership. After the field study and conducting a number of interviews with the departments of the organization in the case study and data analysis, the study reached the following results, the most prominent of which, through the analyzes and interviews that were found the strategic planning have a real impact on increasing the efficiency of the performance of institutions and non-profit organizations, Status, and therefore can be applied to all non-profit voluntary organizations operating in the context of non-profit projects. It has been shown that the flexible strategic plan contributes to increasing the efficiency of the performance of institutions and non-voluntary organizations, and ensures sustainability of the institution
