Abstract: The problem of the research is that, there is not a full satisfaction of the job in the institutions, and it is very rare to find employees in an institution which is fully satisfied with their jobs and their manager. The study is based on several hypotheses: direct triplex between job satisfaction, job performance, and the environment of a good work which affects the job satisfaction and an increase in productivity and incentives which acts as a major role in achieving job satisfaction and increase productivity. There is a great role of the incentives in performing thejob satisfaction and an increase in productivity. The research contains five chapters,the first chapter consists of the basics of the research and previous studies, the second chapter entitled Job satisfaction and the third chapter represents the incentives, and the fourth chapter is under the name of the efficiency of management of the production processes and its role in achieving effectiveness. The fifth chapter concerns the field study. Results- The research reached several results some of which are: the employees of the bank havethe ability, the knowledge and the skills to provide quality services. The satisfaction of the employees of the commercial farm bank ensured the achievement of the objectives of satisfaction of the work, the increased satisfaction of the employees of the bank led to better performance of the bank, the incentives have a great role in achieving job satisfaction for employees. Recommendations: There is a necessity for the participation of the employees of the bank in the decision-making process. The administrationwould preferably organize periodic meetings with the employees to have the acceptance of the employees, to activate the role of the supervisors in order to ensure the success of the working teams, there should be steps for solving the employees accommodation and transportation problems for the satisfaction of the employees.
