Abstract: This research deals with a theoretical scientific study to balance the interpretations of imam al Razi and ibn Adel in the seventh part of the Quran. The problem was to answer the following questions: What is the approach of Imam al Razi and Ibn Adel in their interpretation in the seventh part of the holy Quran? What is the direction of the agreement and the difference in what was interpreted by imam al Razi and ibn Adel in the seventh part of holy Quran? Is there any scientific addition to ibn Adel’s interpretation or did he just vector everything from al Razi’s interpretation? The goal of the researcher is to compare the interpretations of the two imams as to where they differ and where they agree on different aspects in their respective interpretations. The researcher chose to use several methods (extrapolation, analytical approach and comparison) in the research. The research consists of five chapters, a conclusion and an index. The research reached a number of conclusions which include; Indeed the Imams agreed upon the method of translation of the Quran with transmission or narration and the interpreters both depend on four ways of the translation, translation by transmission or narration and its translation Quran with the Quran, Quran with Sunnah, Quran with the statements of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) and the statements of the followers and indeed both of them agreed on how to deal what the companions reported and the followers from the narrations of the translation therefore both of them they have been accustomed to convey the statements of the companions and the followers without assigning or specifying the sources from which they derived such statements and the Imams agreed on the translation of the Quran by using opinions however Imam Razi presents the view of the Scholars and then discussed with his opinions and highly supported his own opinions and this was rare with Imam Ibn Adel and thus Imam ibn Adel he extremely depended on his translation by using knowledge of Grammar so that almost does not support the translation except by exposed grammatically among others.
