| Abstract: | This paper deals with the management and development of service work and social Sudanese Armed Forces such as studying applied to the Department of Social Services from 1991 to 2009, this study was to show that the Sudanese armed forces pay service work and social great attention to and reflect to what extent have succeeded in the management and development of this type of activity and Which projects have been implemented and what role they play in reducing the burden of living for employees of the institution. The importance of this research that addresses one of the most important state institutions in Sudan, the armed forces and addresses the important aspect is social services. Developed a study several hypotheses is that the management and development of service work and social impact positively on the management and development of the military, and administrative organization flexible influential factor in the process of service work, social, and development of plans and studies will help to implement service projects, social, successful, these projects would lead in turn to reduce the the burden of living for individuals and morale is achieved by using qualified administrative staff and technicians. The study followed the historical method and descriptive method and the analytical method, was used research tools of the traditional primary sources and interview Kalmshahdh and secondary sources such as books, studies and reports. The study found the results of the most important of which are social services at the heart of an important and a major anchor in bridging the wide gap between income (salaries) and requirements (expenditure) of the workers organization, and service projects, and symbiotic and productive by the service management implementation contributed greatly to relieve the burden of living for individuals and raise the spirit staff morale and stability of the institution. And made several recommendations, notably the need to focus and attention to planning, regulation and inspection, supervision and evaluation of performance within the Department of Social Services to the armed forces, and the need to create the appropriate working environment and the provision of facilities and aids service work and social work to focus on the productive families' projects and the ownership of the means of production to members of the armed forces. |
