Abstract: This study dealt with the marketing banking under the title ( the role of Promotion mix on marketing banking services). The aim of this study is to identify the role of Promotion mix on marketing banking services and to what extends the response of clients and the interactive with the Promotion mix and its effect the development of banking services . The hypotheses of this research that the Promotion mix contributes in improving the policy of the bank and the banking services . The researcher used the descriptive analytical method plus the case study. The most important results achieved are: 1. The Promotion mix affects marketing banking services . 2. The Promotion mix contribute in improving the policy bank and raising capacity . 3. The Promotion mix leads to increase demand on bank services which means that the necessary of using the Promotion mix to gain more customers. Recommendations are : 1. The bank must notice when designing the Promotion mix the needs and desires of customers which change continuously. 2. The administration of the bank should review Promotion mix , and not depend on one element or means of the Promotion mix .
