Abstract

The study aims is to figure out the succeeding possibility of labor committees in achieving targets and missions and requested tasks, and also to check the measurement of payments changes and the specified cost of living and prices issued by specific authorities. many of the hypothesis suggested are introduced as the committee plays a role in improving living standards for workers and lobular arrangement helps in increasing the economical, social and cultural aspects. The has a scientific importance which is contributing in providing knowledge in Sudanese libraries as they suffer from a lack of such scientific importance, committees role in specifying payments and their achievements in Sudan. This thesis also aims at knowing the growing up of these c committees, the researchers adopted the historical descriptive approach to review the development of committees in Sudan in the sacrifices made behind the target of Sudanese citizen's living standards improve, and we depended on premier resources like interviewing and secondary resources such as books, references, previous thesis, internet and questionnaire. The thesis consists of five chapters that divided into parts of each chapter; in the first one plan and previous study is introduced, the second chapter includes the lobular committees , its concept and types( industrial, professional and others) its reasons, importance and means, and the third chapter includes payments, its types theories, the way they counted, committees and their role in issuing payments, the fourth chapter includes the labour committees n Sudan, their growing up, structure, aims and roles. The study reached many recommendations; the most important one found is that the labour committees have no role in specifying payments and no economical role either, therefore, theses committees should fulfill their national role in increasing production and adopting economical developments programs to asses Sudan economically, socially and politically as it provides reference.
