Abstract: The aim of this research was to find out the relationship between a sense of responsibility and motivation of achievement for teachers with special needs in Khartoum State. To collect data, the researcher followed the descriptive, relational approach. The sample size was (100) teachers. They were tested using the intentional sample method. The research tools included a measure of responsibility and a measure of motivation for achievement. For data analysis, the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The research reached the following results: The general characteristic of social responsibility among female teachers with special needs in Khartoum State is high. The general feature of achievement motivation among teachers with special needs in Khartoum State is high. There is a correlation between social responsibility and achievement motivation among teachers with special needs in Khartoum State. There are no statistically significant differences in the social responsibility of female teachers with special needs in Khartoum State, according to years of experience. There are no statistically significant differences in social responsibility among teachers with special needs in Khartoum State, according to age. At the end of the research, the researcher has made a number of procedural recommendations and proposals for other future research based on the results of the research from these recommendations: Working to provide a specialized library that includes many books, scientific periodicals, references, and other reading, audio and viewing materials in the field of special education.
