Abstract: The problem of research is that the application of administrative functions in some contemporary organizations has become substandard due to the lack of awareness or awareness of these organizations of the importance and role of administrative functions in improving the performance of employees, the aim of research to know the impact of the use of scientific methods in the management planning process to improve the performance As well as the extent to which an effective system of administrative management affects the improvement of the performance of the employees, as well as to highlight the role that humane standards in the administrative control process can play in improving the performance of the employees as well as making recommendations and proposals that will contribute to improving the DONC workers by following effective systems and scientific methods in administrative functions. The research hypotheses used scientific methods in the management planning process to improve the performance of the employees, as well as following an effective system in the administrative management process that leads to improving the performance of the employees and also follow the humanitarian standards in the process of administrative control leads to improving the performance of the employees. Analytical description and method of case study, the research reached a number of results, most notably, The company contributed to the process of implementation of the plans for individuals with competence, as well as the participation of employees in the management planning process, which led to the improvement of the performance of the administrative process. The organizational structure also contributed to the flow of information to all levels of management in the company. Improve employee performance. The results of the research are a number of recommendations. The most important of these recommendations are the selection of individuals who are competent in the implementation of the plans, as well as the insurance of the use of competitive strategic plans, as this leads to improving their competitive position.
