Abstract

The study is about the committer of major crime in Kharijites doctrine through the book of the History of Messengers and Kings authorized by the Great imam Altabari. The attempt to identify of major crime committer according to Kharijites and statement of its danger in order to prevent expiation of Muslim communities, preserve their lives and maintain their reputation. The research was divided into five chapters and the researcher adopted the historical descriptive and analytical approach, where in chapter one fundamentals of research was discussed. As for chapter two the researcher reviewed Alimam Altabari biography, his scientific position and some of his precious book named (The History of Messengers and Kings) which known as (History of Altabari). In chapter three the researcher identified Kharijites and history of their emergence and names of their sects. Chapter four stated the opinion of Kharijites on the major crime committer in Kharijites doctrine and their situation in the views of their opponents, and the opinions of Alimam Altabari on the major crime committer in the doctrine of Kharijites through his book. In chapter five, I touched on the present time of Al Kharijites the group of Migration and expiation (Takfir wal Hijra), Qaeda Organization, Islamic State Organization (Daesh) and their impacts on the Muslim Nation. The researcher concluded to results, the most important of which, adherence to the etiquette of difference, not to be dogmatic, respect of others’ opinions. The researcher recommends the students to study deeper in the bias doctrines to state their biasness from the truth. The summary of the conclusion is that the expiation of Kharijites to the major crime committer is baseless and they talked about that because their approach in evidencing by the Holy Quran and Prophet Sunna is invalid.
