Abstract

The aim of the research in achieving human development goals in Sudan. The question is what role they play in achieving the WHO goals. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach in the most appropriate economic and social approaches, the use of the interview, and the researcher's observations in the collection of primary information from the study area and analysis. The researcher has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: • Funding contributed to achieving the objectives of Turath for Human Development. Funding has played a positive role in the development of areas targeted by Turath for Human Development. The availability of funding contributed to the implementation of new projects by Turath for Human Development. Accordingly, the research hypotheses have been fulfilled to the extent that funding has contributed to the realization of the objectives of Turath for Human Development. Funding has played a positive role in the development of targeted areas. Availability of funding contributed to the implementation of new projects by FAO. One of the most important recommendations is prior knowledge of the sources of funding available through Governments, United Nations agencies and some international non-governmental organizations or private institutions. The project should be practical, not too costly and potentially replicable in other cases. The need to adopt uniform funding criteria for all national organizations to achieve equitable distribution. Training managers and staff in the finance and project preparation departments in national organizations on a system of communication and methods of preparing and marketing projects and recruiting funds to meet the needs of poor groups. Developing non-traditional programs and projects that focus on sustainable development and human investment, fostering a culture of self-reliance and increased production, which will attract the interest of external financiers.
